Energy transfer through touch?

Happy New Year everyone,

So I had a pretty big experience last night. I was at a music festival sitting up in the bleachers with my girlfriend. I end up talking to a guy sitting behind me who is wearing a bandana with a 3rd eye in the center of it. I ask him, "Hey is that your 3rd eye??" in attempts to direct the conversation to a more spiritual area. "Yea" he says.

After a while he says, "Hey I want to show you guys something." then him and 2 of his friends + my girlfriend and I are sitting in a circle holding hands. He then says, "now focus... wait for it.. ok there! now close your eyes" after this I feel vibrations going over my head and I see a square image that is black and white and spinning clockwise. After a while he says, "ok now im going to reverse the direction" and of course i feel the vibrations go across the other way and the square then starts spinning counter clockwise.
This absolutely blew my mind away. Lucky for me I am in touch with the person who did this so hopefully he can teach me a thing or two. For the rest of the night I had this extremely strong sense of belonging and assurance. Like I just hit a checkpoint in a videogame, letting me know I am on the correct path.

Does anyone have any experience with this? I really want to know more about it.

Crazy, I just had an experience where an image of a black square and a white light surrounding it the other night. I only saw it for two instances, and there was a point of light at the top. In the second instance I saw the light outline the left and top side of the square. I don't know exactly what the visualization represented but I felt myself coming back from an OBE.
The whole situation occurred very quickly. I was napping, and fell deep into a trance. I then remember seeing a friend through a window, and saying I can't do this [drugs?], then remembering I was actually in bed. My memory had lapsed from the trance until that instant. Then the square image appeared.
You suppose this square represents the encasing our physical body is to our spirit body? And the visualization is just an abstract our minds create?
