When i do energywork in the day or before going to sleep.

Then the next day when i wake up from sleep.

I can remember my dreams much much better.

But still it is not lucid dreaming.

It is just remembering my dreams better.

And i do not use a dream journal.

A dream journal does not feel natural to me.

And today i woke up and remembered two dreams very good.

In a part of one dream i remember that i astral projected.

But i know that it was not astral projecting.

It was dreaming that i was astral projecting.

Someone experienced this story too and can tell me what i will experience next ?

It is possible to project VIA LD, i have done it before. Personally i do not like that method as while you are projecting it seems very dreamy and you can easily slip back to your physical and forget the whole thing. Now, here's a tip for you LD. While laying in bed to sleep. Keep a little consciousness active. In fact, meditate while trying to fall asleep. You'll at least have an LD awareness.

I think that i understand what you mean with dream awareness.

But i am not sure about it.

It is something strange that i experience.

It is like i am not aware that i am dreaming but still i am aware that i am there.

But it is only awareness and no thoughts that are made by me.

As if the thoughts are very minimal and the thoughts that are there are unconsciously generated or something.

An LD awareness is just when you know you are dreaming, but aren't in full control of what goes on. Every thought IS made by you, it's your brain after all  grin

Some of your dream experiences would be spoiled if your ego came along for the ride. It would just get in the way of the purpose of the experiece. Things wouldnt pay out the way they need to.
