Dear folks,
I believe that Iron supplementation is something that may be overlooked and of much more significance than it seems, no iron - no energy.
Are we iron deficient from our diets low in fresh greens and nuts?
I (male) had been told that I looked iron deficient so I used to take 50mg pills, one a day for a few weeks straight. Those days were energetic highs for me. When I got off the iron supplements my fatique came back, slowly over weeks. I eat lots of whole-grain but that doesn't really do what the pills did to me.
My mom also started taking the iron pills at the same time and she said a few days later that all her fatique went away.
There may be more to this than mere oxygenation of the blood cells when you give credit to Wilhelm Reich, a forbidden scientist who discovered and afaik proved in ~1920/1930 the existence of what atleast a few people today are aware of as the 'ether' (lifeforce energy) and pointed out that this life-supporting metaphysical-energy would only become alive when a mix of organic and metallic compounds are present, so even if there is a lot of energy present, it requires stimulation in order to work.
According to W. Reich, the organic compounds (stuff based on carbon) would suck the ether like a sponge while metal would make it bounce. Guess what happens when you put those two together, you get life - according to W. Reich.
"Iron Supplement Boosts Energy in Women with Unexplained Fatigue
September 25, 2003—Women suffering from unexplained fatigue may be able to increase their energy level by taking supplemental iron, according to a new study in British Medical Journal (2003;326:1124–7). This is the latest of several published studies to demonstrate that iron deficiency, even in the absence of anemia, is a common cause of fatigue in adult women and that iron supplements significantly improve energy levels."

Low iron levels can result in a “dead tired” feeling, poor appetite, headaches, dizziness, unhealthy weight loss, irritability and a pale and listless appearance.
If you are feeling unusually run down lately, you may be suffering from Iron Deficiency Anemia. It is caused by severely low levels of iron in the body. These low levels can occur because of heavy menstrual bleeding, poor dietary intake, increased loss of iron through sweat and poor absorption of iron by the body, which may arise in people who have conditions such as celiac disease."

# Anemia is caused by a severe lack of iron, which is the most common nutritional deficiency in the world. Without iron the cells are unable to carry oxygen to your body's tissues. This may leave you tired, pale and weak. You may also have brittle nails, irritability, irregular heartbeat, restless leg syndrome (crawling or uncomfortable feeling in your legs) or unusual cravings for nonfood items like starch and dirt."
