Dear Frequent Fliers,

I have been playing guitar for almost 15 years and have been practicing Astral Projection about 6 years. When I first started playing guitar, there where a couple of times where I was concentrating so much that a window seemed to open up and I was able to see stars and planets. I am thinking that this was due to my third eye chakra. Since I have been practicing astral projection, this phenomenon has often been on my mind. I don't know how to achieve the state again, or even how to find it. Does anyone have any ideas? Does anyone know of any really good ways to open up that third eye chakra?
