I think I broke my crown chakra.

I was wondering if anyone thinks its possible to mess up the crown chakra. I was having a hard and strange period in my life not that long ago. A period where I was hallucinating and making strange theories, I would hear things and feel energies I thought was from previous lives. I started thinking for a while I was somehow in some two way interconnected conversation with my higher self and some other entity. I thought this other spirit was somehow going to merge with mine in order to help me better the world. For a period I was grounding and sending energies I thought needed to be sent to certain races. I did many things I thought I was supposed to be doing in an utter state of confusion thinking it was somehow my responsibility or my higher self's responsibility.

This was all new to me. I have been interested in spirituality less than two years and have done mainly just basic energy work. I just went with it while constantly getting in a deeper and deeper hole where I'd lost control. At times I thought I was against the very entity I was working with and that my higher self new that. After a few days of this happening I thought I felt strange hot energy at the top of my head and it was as if there was a disconnection at my crown chakra. My eyes and third eye were sore. I envisioned my eyes and third eye as if they weren't there when I shut my eyes. I felt serious energy drain and I was already worn out. I also envisioned like some eagle like positive being was helping to fix the sore sockets. I was very confused at the whole situation while it was happening. I had no self control over my own self and felt totally helpless.

I'm sure most people think this is crazy and it very well could have been or a combination of something paranormal and illusional I don't know. But for the past couple months Ive been feeling this strange tension coming to my mouth which is there all the time.  It feels like its coming to my mouth and stops at my lips. Is it possible that this is energy that should be coming out my crown but is blocked and comes out my mouth? (Maybe Kundalini) Is it possible to have serious damage to one of your chakra's?

I don't think you can "break" it. 

You've probably just slightly unbalanced yourself and in the process created a few more blockages.

I'd suggest starting slowly and working with Robert Bruce's NEW system.
You can find it in his Astral Dynamics book or his website (www.astraldynamics.com), but you may have to look around a bit there for it.

It could have had something to do with kundalini. I do practice kundalini yoga sometimes but Ive never had a kundalini experience except subtly. One time I awoke and felt energy go up my body and out my third eye. That was over a year ago so I kinda doubt it.   I remember previous to my losing control I was having ongoing new sensory experiences daily and it was great. Later it got to the point where I thought I was having subtle intuitive or medium type experiences. And I decided to allow this to take place, seeing where it would take me. I tried to be logical and test the experience reasonably. The problem is the sensations and emotions got stronger and at some point I lost control. During this period I thought I was channeling on paper a couple times. It seemed so powerful, incomprehensible to normal eyes. So powerful It appeared as dark in a way. I burned it cause I felt it was dangerous. I felt that it empowered me but I didn't want to become power hungry.   I could feel this energy emanating from me, especially my hands. I took a bath which made some of it leave me, I felt week and drained.

I would encourage others not to experiment so carelessly if they feel senses are awakened. I think if you allow them to keep opening without knowledge it can be hard to shut them off again.  From now on I'm experimenting within a structured format. Other people have learned from mistakes so I don't have too. I'll be much more cautious from now on.
