today i was practicing drawing energy from the ground and storing it around my stomach after a few minutes i decided to make the energy flow out through my hands they felt cold like air was coming out of them i turned my hands over so they faced each other (palm to palm) and i felt like a force between them i decided to cup my hands and then in between my hands it felt like something was pushing them apart like when you put magnets together and they push

I do recall seeing a multicolored sphere thing, while in the sleeping body/awake mind state,in darkness. Pretty cool, maybe the same thing? (most likely far off)
I kind of thought of it as seeing my 3rd eye for some reason.

I would say that what you experienced is most definitely a psi ball and quite a powerful one that you had going there.
I've made quite a few myself and have had similiar experiences to what you had minus the cold part, actually it feels quite warm.

Be careful about psipog.net .. I've tried many times to have a meaningful chat with some people in the psipog website chatroom.  They seem to be extremely arrogant , immature , and close-minded.. at least the moderators anyway.  I came into the room making casual conversation with a couple of people and got booted by the administrator because I was calling "Psi" energy "Ki , or Chi" instead... So , anyway , if you want to deal with people of that nature that seem to take extreme pleasure in abusing their administrative chatroom powers then heh.. thats the site for you.. The videos are also ones that can be easily faked and the pictures easily doctored so don't be too naive when believing anything on that site. I know its a popular site but I gave it a shot many times and each time I do I always end up getting booted from the chatroom from some power abusing nerd who takes pleasure in clicking the boot button on me.. its pathetic.

Hey Blue fire, I know what you mean about the resistance feeling like two magnets repelling one another. I made the same analogous interpretation when I would start out with my hands cup facing palm/palm then tried moving them closer. I'm working on seeing them; I've found in the dark before sleeping is most optimal. I expected the energy to be a luminous blue with the intent of lighting the area between my hands (while looking with my peripheral vision). I would see a dim ultra violet/blue flash and the area on my palm glowed faintly.

The experience created a strongly belief for sure, so I'm guessing your experience probably strengthened your ability too.

I would have to say that from the currents of energy you have gathered....you know...the type that feels like air.....sounds to me like you already made a psi ball......good job.

i remember when i first made a psiball.....man....those were some good times....

since then i started creating other techniques with my psi energy.....like for use with other areas of my training.....breath control, psychokinesis practice, meditation, psi energy play......ect...

so good job on the progress.......and dont give up trying to become better.....you always got something else to learn and grow from.....

The website mentioned a game. Creating a psiball of one of the following shapes: pyramid, cube, sphere or cylinder and attach one of the following feelings to it: hot, cold, sticky or tingling. Then send it to a friend and see if he/she can figure out the correct one, for instance: sticky cube.

I did it with a friend on MSN, my choice was a hot cube. I first made it into a ball and then molded it into a cube. She reported that she felt a sphere (ball) and then a cube, it was hot. Looks like a direct hit, theoretically a 1/16 chance. I'm gonna experiment more with this. You should try it, it's fun ^^
