Well as far as i know ALL chakras are related to metabolism ... All your organs and tissues are part of your metabolism which is your body. My advice : drink less beer [Wink]

Ha, yeah that thought did cross my mind.  It's probably better to energy work evenly anyways.  Now that summer is almost here, i'll have some time to do more intense energy work.

woo hoo, yea, summer!!! personaly i have found that i get more results by just relaxing and minimizing the stress rather that intense energy work, you might burn yourself out that way. But everyone is different and have different ways of achieving what they want.

Yes apperantly it has some effect/s atleast on me ,but exactly what they are i cannot tell, the seondary and third chackra produces sometimes very loud noise from the belly  when much activity is centered around there.

I randomly thought of this question so i figured I'd ask.  Has anyone heard of a primary/secondary chakra(s) associated with metabolism?  I do exercise frequently and all.. but man, mine is starting to wear down.. especially with this college life and beer-filled weekends! heh, thx~
