I'm starting a 30day juice fasting in hopes that it will cleanse my body, and allow me to manipulate more energy. Also I've read alot of good review on juice fasting, stating that, folks who fast, observed dramatic changes in their illness/disease etc.

One guy who read the juice man's book, and decided to try it, cleared his acne in 1 year. However, he did not fast, he only juiced for the fruit and veggie benefits.

I am now on my 3 1/2 day, and I feel great, except for the fact that I havn't been sleeping to well. Due to the fact that I work on my energy too much, and too late. It happens when you observe  great progress, but I do not feel drain, and with a cup of fruits/veggie mixed, can boost energy. Anyway, I'll keep posting my results on juice fasting, in light of demystifying the fact that people think its very difficult to fast, not to mention doing it for 30-60 days.

I might consider doing it for another 30 days, but I'll have to wait and see if I see any negative effect of fasting too long. And what benefits the fasting will bring, how dramatic the cleanse work, and how good it will heal any illness I may have.

Anyone doing the same, and has any suggestoin/tips, please provide your experience. I will be happy to discuss this further, and to share story's and views on fasting. Thx for reading.  grin

Hey AstralVibe!

Ah the wonders of a detox! Sounds great, but you do know that 30 days is quite a lot don't you?... wink I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.
Before I did my "big" detox, i'd fast every monday for like 5 months. Worked very well and prepared me mostly mentally. The longest detox I did was 8 days on water only. I felt superb, but because I was doing it in the city (don't ever fast in the city...the temptations are not constructive) I had to quit it.
I was going through a lot of mental cleansing..old stuff, energy shfts, hipersensitivity and such...so be sure you stay in an healthy enviroment and positive people. I'd say quitting job for that time is would be the best option. You can get quite spaced out by the 7th day.
Also make sure that the juices you drink are not the regular semi natural supermarket junkies, but real organic stuff. In New Zeland they have this great juice that is made without killing the enzymes. It's called "love juice". I love the name  wink

I have done a 30 day fast twice, once with fruit and once with water only.  Both were extremely beneficial for body/mind and spirit.  I guess the main thing I'd say is that after a week you might start getting light headed now and then, and you may go through spells where you feel tired more than usual.  The main thing is to listen to your body and pace yourself.  Rest when you need to.  Unless you feel led to go on beyond 30 days, it might be wise to give your bod a break and ease back into a healthful diet for a few weeks. Your body still needs certain nutriants to stay in balance.

I usually do a water and/or juice fast one day a week.  That has been one of the most beneficial lifestyle changes I've made.  Good luck, DH

Hannah, thanks for the tips and short story, it surely was educational. I'm on my 7th day (1st week), I should be feeling great, I don't feel hungry (only occasional cravings for panda express, kfc, sweets etc...) other than that I feel great.

Sadly though, both of my sister are really sick, and everytime they cough, they don't close their mouth... Therefore getting most of the family sick. These past few days have been painful due to the fever and intense sore throat (I can hardly swallow without pain). I did recover by meditation, and was able to subdue the fever and sore throat. But the sore throat seems to keep coming back, more intense everytime. Luckily I decided to drink lemonaid. And it really help a lot, I now can swallow without the feeling of dying.

The first few days of my fasting, I notice my body detoxing. The bumps on my back had seem to slowly deplete itself. And now on my 7th day, my face looks a lot better. The redness in my acne seems to lighten up, and the keloid scar seems to be lightening up too. My acne and keloid are not as worse as you might find on goggle. I only have a few acne, but they persist on staying on my face, and the same goes for the keloid. It's amazing what you body can accomplish without medication.

30days juice fasting might be too much for a beginner, who does not know how to self-hypnotise themselves. But for me it seems pretty normal, I am experiencing the same effect as you, with the heighten sensitivity.

Also a gain in energy work, and a better aura/energy sight before the fever/sore throat.

Thx for reading and replying, I greatly appreciate your time and effort in telling your part of the story. I will keep posting as the weeks goes by, as of any changes noticeable.

Thx for the important tip, I really appreciate you taking the time to reply. Wow you seem to be fasting for awhile.

Is there any major difference in water and juice fasting? In terms of toxic cleanse, feeling (lightness, cravings etc), and health benefits? Any major or minor differences that you experience with both, that you would like to share, is greatly welcome.

I felt very tired the first 3 days of fasting. I noticed that I didn't want to get up in the morning, even though I had self program myself to wake up at 5am (without alarm clock). Anyway, thx for replying, I will wait patiently for your next insightful knowledge.

I'm joining you today and will do my weekly 1 day fast water only. I don't know the exact reasons, but from what I have heard water fasting is more powerful because you completely eliminate ANY food intake. Juice, in a way is food...and body threats it like food....although it's liquid  wink
One of the reasons of doing fasts is getting rid of unnecesary programs like "I have to eat in order to live, otherwise I'll die|. to this program many mini programs are hooked up (I have to..i must...)so when you weaken the main eating one...the rest dissapears.
As for your sore throat have you tried the grape seed extract? we have it in europe and it's called Citrosept. it's a natural antibiotic, awfully bitter, but when you drink it with melisse you can't feel any taste and it does wonders fast!

I wonder if 1 week of water fast is equivalent of 1 month of juice fast? Water fasting is actually my next goal, but I won't do it right after. Probably going to wait about 6 months, since I just finish cleansing.

I can't seem to find that Citrosept you mention on ebay. Let me try to google it. Lemon seems to work well, due to the acid in lemons. It cleanse and clean out all the bacteria.

I've heard of monks meditating for 30 days without food and water, wonder whether its true or not. Although I think its highly possible, since monks can go to even higher levels of meditation than us.

To ease into water fasting some recommend juice fasting with periods of water fasting. For example 3 days on juice, 2 days on water, 5 days on juice, then 3 days on water. You can juice when you have to work and water fast on the weekend when you can rest.

Water Fasting Concerns

Thanks for the links, I havn't had the chance to read them yet, as I am going to bed after these few msg. I don't want to come off as trying to beat anyone, or showing off. But I just started my water fasting 2 days ago, it was totally unexpected. My sore throat was very persistant, and due to the juice I drink, it was difficult for it to go away. So I decided to skip juicing for a few days, to my suprise, water juicing is just the same. Is there something wrong with me?  grin I seem normal, I get the occasional hunger, but a little affirmation does the trick. I didn't even need to go into higher levels of meditation.

I did however experience a full body light/heavy sensation last night from meditation. I useually don't get the whole body feeling levitated.

Not sure if it is the water fasting, or the new crystals that just arrived. My god crystals are strong, after you cleanse them for 2-3 nights.

It could also be that I was trying to heal my past lives, and my lower self.

I also notice some major health improvement, such as bumps on my skin appearing and disappearing (cleasing process I guess). I feel so energised, no black out no heavy lightness.

I just started 2 days of water fast, seems the same to me. I do notice the detoxing though, which is great, and I hope it detox more. I'm considering on transitioning to water fast now. I'll keep you posted.

Another thing I have found helpful in fasting is to decide what I want to accomplish beforehand and focus on one or two goals.  That is, when I fasted and hoped for several victories (weight loss, physical detox, healing of a specific physical problem, healing of three specific emotional conflicts, etc.) I didn't accomplish anything but a little physical detox.  I lost some water weight, but gained it back in a few days.  Then a wise one told me to focus on one (maybe two) goals for the fast, and no more.  One has worked best for me.  The focus worked.  I was able to find healing in several areas of my life when I worked on one thing at a time while I fasted.  The temptation is to take the shotgun approach -- to try to hit everything at once.  Just some observations.  Hope you find what you are looking for, DH   smiley

I'd like to know, do you stop evacuating after some time? How long does it take for you to completely stop doing number 2?

Also, is it ok to fast and excercise, like weight lifting and jogging? I feel so good when I fast that it's like I can do anything.

For me, I stop using number 2 the first day I started it. Although after a certain amount of days, me 7, I release the remaining package (why it took so long, I think its because of it absorbing all the nutrients). And after that, its smooth sailing. As for working out and jogging, I was doing a bit of my bullwork, and it didn't feel any different. So I guess its ok, but it is upto each person, do a bit first, and see how your body reacts.

One thing I really notice is my body detox really well, acne going away, scars healing etc. Although detoxing with fruit juicing and water fasting is great and all, it does not come close to taking ormus. You should check out the reports page at http://www.subtleenergies.com/ormus/tw/reports.htm. I read a story about a cat who lost its tale, and after taking ormus, it grew back. I order my ormus, and will document its progress on here and at that site. In hopes to show everyone that it is safe and very beneficial for physical, mental, and spiritual regeneration/growth.

are you sure it's not from starvation  grin? any fasting, i wouldn't recommend- all is mind, mind is all- you should know better to have been here so0000 long.....  But hey, i'm no expect  tongue..whom am i to say XD!

Very strange stuff that ormus, I think people have spoken about it here in the forums in the past.


What DH said, I read it last about 2-3 day, and in that process, you will sleep more. You just have to hang on, and meditate when possible. Program yourself when your in Alpha, Theta, brainwave. I personally did not experience headaches like you and others. Although I did get strong urges to eat tasty food. That is the other major barrier you have to cross, best way would be, eat all the tasty food before fasting.

I might give water fasting a go. When you's say water fasting do you mean no eating or drinking apart from water or just allowed to eat but drinking only water?? Ive natuarly began to drink as much water as fizzy recently for no apparent reason so i guess its a good time to do a fast properly.

For most people it means just water -- nothing else.

I've been on the "warrior diet" for a couple of months now.  It involves eating nothing during the day  - just water and having the main meal at night.  I'm doing it for energy and I'm getting lots of it.  I also do an absolute fast once a week where I don't drink any water for or eat any foods for 24 hours.  The theory is that the sick cells can't handle it and die, while the healthy cells will get weaker but survive and be revived when water and food is taken.  Energetically this also feels very clean, personally for me I feel better on the absolute diet than I do on the water or juice diet - but results may vary...it can also tend to bring up emotions.
