Natural Flow of Energy?

Whenever I concentrate on my energy but not try to manipulate it, I can't but notice that their is some flow to the energy so that it turns very slowly in a clockwise direction. And it is very strong when their is a light (energy) source directed towards me. It always feels like the energy body turns towards the direction of most energy. And when I would open my eyes after this occurs it always feels and looks like my vision has to shift back into place.
Is it then true for me to presume that their is a standard flow direction to how energy flows in a body?
