hi, well so...

the ideea is simple...lay down...keep your legs spread and start to...
[8D]

start to spin(speen???) the energy between your legs like a tornado...the ground point first chakra, air point the fingers. your root chackra will start to vibrate fast if you do it corect
(you must pull the energy in your chackra)

really spin it...counter clockwise...some for each chackra...feel it don't just picture it...

for help start to picture a small ball(sun) of energy 1m below your feets then start to pull the energy aroun it from it...your energy...pull it in your feets your chackras will start to vibrate.

picrue it like hot waves that rise in you (energy waves)
