not third eye but the eyes

Im kinda into the chakra thing but not an expert. just know the 7 chakras and meditate on it a little.
But ive been learning NEW and im on the "bouncing" part.
Anyways i felt like putting energy into my eyes.
At first i felt that small amount of pain you feel when you put pressure on your eyes.
I kept on and it was intensifying. i was rotating, in a stiring action, energy in my eyes. I eventually stopped because i dont know if its safe or not, but just curious if anyone knows about putting energy in your eyes.
