opening your third eye in a couple of seconds

i first concentrate on my hand chakras untill they are numb and tingly (takes like (5-10 secs); i then place my hand on my forehead and pull the energy out. it works!!!!  hope this info is usefull to someone.

How do you "pull the energy out"? Imagine it?

if you can feel the energy in both of your hands, separate them and you can feel the energy get bigger yet weaker. if you put them close to each other you might feel the energy get smaller but stronger (at least i do). I took that technique with my forehead and hands; i basically pretended my forehead was the other hands and did the same thing. you do not imagine, you feel.

So what are you trying to do? Open the Third Eye to gain clairvoyance? Any improvements in the ability to see auras, energy, or other spiritual stuff?

I was actually doing something similar to this, I was trying to use the energy to cleanse the Pineal, and pituitary gland. As I read, they are the reason people can see aura? And they become very clogged by all the toxic from the stuff we eat/drink/shower with.

i tried cleansing, making an energy ball with it & one of my hands, channeling, & waking it up quicker.

I knew exactly what you did before I even read your second post.

To put it simply.  You gather energy in your hands and then putting them to your forhead, you are now connected with the energy there.  When you seperate your hands from your head, you are putting distance from the two energy points and now it has to go some where.

I did a different technique and instead gathered the energy and then pulled from the third eye by pulling that gathered energy.

It worked like a charm and after opening my eyes I saw many distortions in reality.  Lots of energy gathered in one spot basicly.  I knew what its was too.  Two spirits that hang around me, it was good to 'see' them finally.

I am going to keep doing this until I can overlay the astral image with my physical.

Oh, it might also cause a little bit of a head rush.  I need to lie down.

Hi Van-Stolin! I have to say, that is pretty neat. How long did it take you to open it, and does it stay open all the time? Are you able to control it, by opening and closing at will? I wonder if it is possible to view high levels of the asttral plane with third eye, that would really be interesting. Are you also able to aquire clairvoyance?

Unfortunatly the effect for me seemed to be temporary.  At least 10 minutes afterwards the effect lessened and I couldn't see through it anymore.  I tried again, but I guess my energy was low.

It probably isn't good to do it like that, seems more forced then anything.  Meditation is probably the better bet on opening third eye.
