Author Topic: Opinions on acupuncture  (Read 390 times)

I became curious about it while reading Robert's "NEW" brochure.

Apparently a lot of etheric body-initiated healing can be done by stimulating acupuncture points.
I find the needle part disturbing (kind of masochistic) and fascinating at the same time. Is this deep penetration really necessary in order to vitalize the area?

There has been a fairly new, i believe, technique been developed called EFT which involves fast tapping on the Meridian acupuncture points and it is said that it works amazingly well. I am wondering of course, if mere pressure, or even tapping in that case, makes the use of needles unnecessary.
I would consider acupuncture only if it really elevates itself from using pure pressure on the areas instead of peentrating them. I wouldn't do the risk if EFT provided the same success.

I fear my whole spine is energetically withdrawn. I feel a lot of vibration in my feet, the entire legs but over the hips the vibes continue only on the front side of my body, I don't get these vibrations on the on my back, my spine. Perhaps that's normal I don't know...but I have a lot of back pressure there due to poor sitting postures throughout years.
Sometimes this makes meditation almost a torture session because I can barely sit straight for longer than a few minutes without moving, the pressure would build until real pain arrives.

What I've been doing today is using my fingers to try and press the problematic meridian points on my back while simoultaneously visualizing and feeling the tension go and make energy circulate properly.
