Pressure, tingling sensation center of forehead?

I dont know what this is, but i can make a tingling sensation at the center of my forehead. When i concentrate on it, i can almost control it. Like it would get stronger then lighter then stronger. I dont know what this is but it kinda feels like part of my tissues underneath are being massaged. Can someone explain this to me please?

It's the third eye chakra you are manipulating. That feeling you get is what I get when someone or something wants to communicate, and when there is something I need to be shown it gets a lot stronger. I used to focus on that area when I wanted to get OBE too. So what you are feeling is the chakra responding to the energy you are playing with, so now it must be time to learn how you will use it for communicating and seeing clearly.

but how do i use it? like when i try to astral project, i can focus the pressure on my forehead, but nothing happens. all i feel is the pressure and and tingling sensation. i have been trying to astral project for a couple weeks now and have gotten nothing. need help!

Try then to focus your attention about 3 to 6 inches outside the third eye/brow area and see what differences you get. Apart from that I can't help with going OBE as I think it is a limiting experience in that you can only journey in the astral awareness layers which are limited themselves... when what we are really after for our growth lay 'above' the astral in what I call the Soul Level Awareness.
