Questions regarding energy work, healing and NEGS

I was wondering, if i start practicing healing and energy work in general, and not astral project, would the act of using a great amount of energy be a source of attracting to these negs? as they seem to feed off energy.

Isn't it true that you'll aways run into someone better than you? especially in the astral world where anything is possible and the fact that we have no idea to the limit and number of these beings?

Also, wouldn't the act of raising an energy shield alone be enough to attract them to you? So if a person who doesn't astral or deal with these worlds, would it be better for them to not even mess with shielding, healing or any other forms of energy work? 'cuz if you start raising a shield and manipulating energy or raise a large amount of energy for healing or practice, wouldn't that be a way for them to 'smell' where you are? And if this is true, then healers are probably one of the bigger targets of these negs am i right? since they probably have to use a lot more energy in their line of work?

Hmmm, you might have a wrong idea of "energy". If anything, you feel better, stronger, more confident, your life will "flow" better. I've done a lot of energy work and have never had to raise an "energy field" or protect myself. A "neg" (if they really exist) would probably want to stay away from a stong, confident, highly energetic person. But fear of them would probably attract them.

Fear = bad

Have no fear. Only good energy. Expect good things to come into your life and help others.

I believe, working on your Energy Body does not attract negative entities, or energies.
It allows you to become more aware of your surroundings, entities or energies in general.

However, Depending on the type of person you are, and your purpose. Is what you will attract.
And like It was stated already, I agree with negative entities or energies fearing what it positive.

One thing I have found durning Energy Work, or Spiritual Work, you will attract Animals.

Try creating a Energy Ball (In your hands) around a Animal (EX: DOG/CAT)
And you will immediately see how they are attracted to you.

no because the more you heal another the greater your energy body becomes so that if you open in protection and then raise energy in that order the more you work with energy the more you are protected . As your energy body develops and your vibration raises , then your natural protective shielding will increase too .
