this also happens to me when i create a powerful ki ball i don't know why it happens[?] it normally happens when im a bit ticked off.

Its a physical reaction to heat/blood build up in the hands.  

It happens when you are over heated or when the blood is prevented from returning from the hand.  Note these are two seperate conditions.

This can happen under a multitude of situations however, there is often a residual build up of heat when doing energy work, more so when focusing on one part of the body.  From what I know of the various "combat" energy styles much it not all of the energy being used is passes through the hands.  

Stress can also cause this to happen.  But not usually until you hit the almost break-down stage.

Well... whenever I see my hand I can recognize small white dots in my hand without doing Ki, but they are very light.[] When I make a Ki Ball I can see perfect Dots. I always thought I had a special skin[].

What next??? Day before yesterday I was trying TK. I kept a psi wheel(I think u might know what it is), on my hand and I was trying to lift it with my Ki. I concentrated very much on the psi wheel. After some time the Dots became very-very Visible and a Green colour started appearing over them and all the dots on my hand were shining green.It was like somebody took a photocopy of the Dots painted them Green and then kept it a little above my hand. The Dots where white and Green at the same time (I hope u can understand).

I know that the Green colour was due to Ki. But I still dont know whether the Green colour was due to Ki inside my hand or outside it? (I hope u know that the colour of Ki is Green) If anyone can explain, please do.

So much for the TK, I wasn't able to lift it up.[V]
