throat chakra

what does it mean to have a weak throat chakra??.....i did a series of online chakra test based on personality and in general the type of person i am and all but my throat chakra is strong weither this test is valid im still curious as to what having a weak throat chakra means.

I would not rely on online tests.

Just sit comfy relax and feel it. When I meditate I often get a crampy/stretched feeling down my throat into my shoulders and I only get this in meditation or when focusing on my chakras.

I think general they say it is weak if you have trouble speaking for yourself, shy, quiet that sort of thing.

im far from that i can talk all day but.......im bad at explaining my thoughts ideas and knowledge unless its in written typed or txted form.

Get a good clairvoyant who can see the chakras and that will tell you. I dont believe for a second you can find out online.

Either way i wouldn't worry just keep meditating and living well that will strengthen the chakras

does marijuana affect ur chakra's?? i recently started smoking again for meditation(so much easier) and for REM supression for an REM rebound to amplify my REM sleep periods
