Weirdness with heart chakra?

I've noticed lately when I project that my heart chakra has been beating (vibrating? don't know the word for it) like crazy. Since this has started happening, throughout the day I've been getting pains in the same spot where the beating is coming from. I've also noticed a warm feeling there occasionally. I'm just curious if this is related to my heart chakra, or if it's all in my head, or related to something else. I've noticed though, whenever I'm grateful, or at night when I think about everything I'm grateful for, I get this very sharp tense feeling where my heart chakra is at. Why?

This occurs when energy gets trapped in primary energy centers. I have had it happen MANY times in my third eye as well as heart and lower three energy centers. You have to use a technique such as the full body circuit for a few minutes to cycle the energy through your body. Then the trapped energy will return to where it's supposed to be.

Your energy body can be effected by electromagnetic radiation from TV screens, Computer monitors, Radio towers, microwaves, refrigerators, etc.

Have you been seen by a doctor?  Pain isn't normal for chakra sensations, you could be having an angina attack.  I suggest you get yourself to a doctor to get that sorted out.  Better to be safe (have gas or heartburn or something silly like that) than sorry.

ps. I used to get these palpitations which I also assumed were heart chakra sensations (which I used to get when I was learning to consciously project) and one day my husband listened to my heart when I got them (like you) when laying in bed.  It turns out my heart was having early beats and stopping, (causing palpitations).  The doctor confirmed this.  They turned out not to be dangerous, but they were physical issues.

Energy work will help with a chakra block, but please rule out physical causes first.  Please.

pps.  BTW, the sensations didn't feel like 'on my physical heart', they were more towards the middle of my chest- the 'seizing' feeling and the thumps afterwards were the result of the early beats.
