What if?

What if you were to make a Ki or any kind of energy ball underwater? I was taking a bath to relax myself so I could get to sleep, and this idea sprung into my head. Would the water make room for the Ki ball or would it just pass through it? I'd like someone to answer this for me!

I wondered the same thing one time so I made an energy ball underwater in a pool.  It felt just the same as it does in the air.  I think the energy you manipulate when you do that is on a completely different level of the...spectrum of existance (maybe there's a better phrase for that) so there's no need for the water, or air, to move out of the way for it.  I also think that when you feel it, it's your energy body doing the feeling, not your physical body.  But then spirit energy can and does affect matter in other instances like psychokenetics, maybe because it's denser.  I don't know.  That's my opinion on the matter anyway.
