I'd like to open up my chakras, but I have no idea where to sart. How do I know which of my chakras are closed or open? Is there a chart somewhere on the internet of the characteristics of each chakra?

Before you start doing anything, I suggest learning everything you can about chakras and nadirs. Where to start... I don't know, there's a lot of information out there. Read a lot of different stuff and find the similarities. What I'm trying to say is, learn as much as you can about the reality of chakras before just diving in.
