Sinuses

Sinus Maxillaris and Sinus sphenoidalis are my current problem. I am allergic to dust, so I guess either that or cold is the cause. After 20-30 minutes of deep relaxation i need to take a deep breath thru my mouth .. cos i can't breath thru my nose any more .. i'm getting tired..  and makes me lose my focus, so I have to do everything from beginning. I had problems with my sinuses before.. even worse.. but that was long time ago.. The current problem spans for about a month or so .. I breath harder during the day too from time to time .. I inject natrii chloridi in my nose, but that solves the problem only for a short period of time ..
If someone has or have had the same problem, I'd be grateful if you can help.

I suffer from very bad sinus as well.  I took tablets for it but when they stopped working well, I went back to a nose spray that I got from the chemist.  If nothing works, I would talk to your doctor about it.  The doctor should be able to prescribe something for you that will work.

thank you very much .. i guess i'll have to try that.. cos i don't wanna use antibiotics and using nose spray proved to be bad in long term.
