Why don't you try meditating first? Get in touch with your center. Try some energy work like qigong or tai chi to help you become clear.  Then you should have no doubts going into astral.

I Agree with you milesB , even some astrologers suggested to us the same thing , but now i am here with a new question, he has been casting black magic spells almost daily for more than 7 years now , how come that evil/bad karma hasn't effected/affected him in anyway?? is karma cleaning possible in a situation where you try to kill your own childrens and fill others with joy?? is this the rule of this world??? we often "say what goes around comes around" but is this true?? i am highly doubting this saying..... almost have lost faith in GOD now... are there any free spell-casters available??.. one more thing how can a person cast spells almost everyday?! or even curse others everyday?? if  you are comfortable with astral projection then atleast once you just try to monitor my father's activities because  its the only way you will be able to see how insane he is .... i am not forcing you but just you can see it for yourself....may be you can explain me what you saw!

hey i am just a beginner in magic and i haven't carried out any initiation yet ... just reading books at first hand ..trying to explore more..

If you are fighting for your life what makes you think dark magic is going to help?  It's like giving a loaded gun to someone who is being punched in the face repeatedly-while it's happening.  Chances are they are going to shoot themselves-or the other person will take the gun and shoot them- and there is no coming back from that.
I agree that you should seek therapy- and maybe it can help clear your mind for anything else that might work.

OP, I would like to clarify that I am not a non-believer.  I don't doubt the power of magic.  There is no such thing as black or dark magic though, there are only black or dark magicians.  It's the intent and purpose behind a ritual that makes it a malevolent act.  In and of itself, magic is very neutral. 

A large part of my job is helping people counteract what they believe to be magical attacks against them.  I NEVER tell people to retaliate, for two good reasons.  First, how are you doing right by yourself if you just react?  It's more important for your own development to handle the situation in a non-aggressive manner (in my opinion, but I have practical experience).  Second, stuff comes back to you in magical practice.  I don't know the "physics" behind why, but I've seen it happen. 

When I teach people how to handle these things I always suggest practical, real world solutions first.  Talk to the person you suspect, try to remove them from your life, whatever.  The point is, if you can settle something through communication and understanding, that's what you should do.  If you cannot do these things then your next option is to cleanse and protect yourself.  You can cleanse yourself in numerous ways, but I would suggest sage smudging yourself or something similar.  You should also burn a black candle to absorb all of the "negativity" that is being directed at you.  When the candle is done, if there is any wax or other part of the candle left, bury it.  (This is very important because black candles ABSORB, which means that if there is any candle left, it contains all that negativity and it will leech back into your environment)  Then I would burn a white candle to purify yourself and your space.  You could also invest in a black crystal to wear or carry, and that will protect you.

Now, having said that, I don't think this is your problem.  If you're just being intentionally over dramatic for the fun of it, then you are annoying and should just move on to another forum of people who are silly enough to get all dramatic over nothing as well.  If you really believe this and are this intense about it, I think you may have some paranoia problems or something similar and you need professional help so that you don't hurt yourself or others.  I'm not saying that you're crazy or mentally ill, but everyone needs someone to talk to sometimes and we may not be the right people to be your counselor in this situation. 

Either way, one of these solutions could be of use.  Just don't let yourself be bamboozled or taken advantage of when there is no legitimate cause for concern.

i agree with this one.... you are absolutely right ..Magic can be used in both the ways... and so there are those people who are good / evil... magic is always neutral...
