I occasionally saw similar comments by stray neophytes and aspirants on the main Magick boards.

In my communication with a world renowned Master Magician it was clearly indicated to me that AP outside the confines of ritual preparation and direction was strictly TABOO.

He told me this when I was just starting to AP under my own steam, on my own, when I dern well pleased.

In this particular case I think the neophytes may be on to something.

I think the Magick Order Schools produce initiates of relatively high intellectual achievement but in actual practice their demonstrable level of attainment can be less than impressive.

There were a variety of good reasons. For one thing, it was observed over the years that more than a few initiates would become mentally and emotionally unstable during the course of the early training and the OBE state made matters much worse. Even without their intensive training regimen, even just dabbling in these matters is not without some small manifestations of this. "Delusions of Grandeur" is a common aspect of this phenomenon and we see these types on metaphysical forums on a regular basis.

The Magick Orders routinely reject a number of aspirants seeking initiation. At a certain level of the Magick Training Regimen continued lessons would become the equivalent of placing a homicidal psychopath in military, Special Forces training.

obviously you dont just mean just projecting to the Astral plain as clearly their are other plains/realms above that...

what do ya call if ya go better than that, im not talking about projection either...levitation, teleportation and then their something above those two as they are way over projecting...i would have thought one would call that the pinnacle of magic(al) if one choose to use that term as im sure Franz Bardon being the one that bought the word magician of Hermetics to the public would agree being the pinnacle...

induce OBe's that would be a minds ability, right... that would mean ya would ya need to access a higher in consciousness, agree...the  consciousness is the knowledge/wisdom which comes from the dimensions we live in, agree...which is the minds abilities gained from the higher in consciousness in and if ya lucky above or in the dimension/s we live in...

as ya know i can OBe/AP at over 100 km/h whilst driveing a car fully conscious and aware of both my actions in the nonphysical and the physicals whilst driveing a car, safely of course...OBe longest time over 5 seconds, AP longest time around 2 seconds, highest speed just above 135 km/h for OBe only for half a second maybe...

of course being able to do that you need to know how the cause and effect of things happen which of course i am talking about safety, meaning to avoid crashing, which of course i know a shlt load about...

so why people have their books/CD's i add a little more that enables ya to extend that knowledge and go further than that (to gain knowledge in higher in consciousness/dimensions which is minds abilities) should one of course study their books/CD's that teach ya how to OB'e/AP, i dont know any books/CD's that teach ya how to OBe/AP whilst driveing, and safely of course, it's just knowledge from the higher in consciousness in the dimensions we (or are to be ) live in...

you just miss me, because i have not been very active lately on sites, as i have finished to a degree in areas ...
i am working on cornering the economies (make it work) of economics/energy/minds abilities etc ya get the idea of it so as to tie it all together complicated process (fun) as ya know mostly everything for reason ...so these people that study the mind and practise/abilities can make a good liveing out of it...
