The closest I've ever come to materializing a physical object is when I was reading a book and noticed it had no page numbers on any of the left pages.

I did something described in "Carlos Castaneda: The Art Of Dreaming": I tried to move my "assemblage point". Its like physically moving from one parallel (but similar) universe (but probably only a copy of a part of it) to an other. With my mind, I tried to move from where I was to a place where some things were different, instead of trying to directly change things. Look up the quantum double-slit experiments for more info on parallel dimensions.

The next time I looked at the book, it had page numbers on all the left pages, printed as well as anything else in the book.
