Hello. I have not been here for a few years now. I remember the old forum that Adrian(?) monitored. I read at that time NEW Energy Ways and Practical Psychic Self Defense.
I was having serious health issues at the time, was introduced to NEW and meditation. My health improved somewhat, so I moved, went to school for a year, and then was in an auto accident. During this time I was in a 4 year relationship, and my health began declining again.
Currently, I find that i can not bring my mind into focus like I did years ago. I still have car accident issues, but mostly just plain poor health.
...But that's not what I am here to ask about.
Can someone please catch me up to what the heck is going on in the world? Cliff notes version if possible. I'll do the major reading and catching up, but I'd like to know some short hand about the following:
Any new Astral stuff, techniques, any major changes in ideas regarding that.
health and improving such
UFO and ET stuff
Govt stuff
Orgonne...(is this for real?)
I know that's a lot to ask, just give it to me as short and straight as possible. BTW, the forum looks good.
