Coming from another forum

Hello! I have only recently discovered the correct terms for astral projecting and out of body experiences, but have been doing them on my own since I was an early teenager. The first time I had an OOBE was when I was frozen in sleep paralysis and got so frustrated at being stuck that I just rolled out of my body LOL. Since then I have been able to do it numerous times. I didn't pursue it much when I was younger because I had terrifying hallucinations while in sleep paralysis, which I now know is normal. Still, a part of me still thinks the beings were real in some way. I'm just not scared of it anymore. I'm learning more control in lucid dreams and OOBEs. I am coming from another forum that I enjoyed a lot, but it isn't very active at the moment. Hopefully I can learn a lot here!

I'm not so sure there really are "correct terms" for any of this... just terms that we use to try and define/describe our experiences to others. LoL

It's great to see the number of new people joining, such as yourself, who have a good base knowledge of what they're doing. Great to have you here.
