Hi....
Can somebody explain to me, that if you astral project, does the laws of the physical world apply to your body? Like are you on earth and just stay on it or can you do other things besides flight/fly around?

I've been trying on and off for a number of years. I haven't been really, very serious about it. I've had the vibrations that come just before you go off into the astral, but wasn't able to project. That's as close as I've gotten. My goal is to do better than that by learning from others.

oh, cause i tried it last night and had the vibrations and had the hair on my arms sticking up and everything even the tugging sensation of trying to get out of the body but I wasn't full adapt to it and failed several times....took me two hours just to lose consciousness afterwards anyway....its kinds hard and tiring to do tht....is projecting a matter different all together?

According to the guides here, you have to be in a state of "body asleep, mind awake". Kind of like sleep paralysis. It'll probably help if you go to sleep for a few hours, wake up, get up and do something for a few minutes to wake up a little, then lay back down.

As far as "getting out", I can't answer that one because I haven't been successful with it yet. Different techniques seem to work well for different people (phasing, rocking, the "rope" method, etc.). Different things work well for different people I guess. I'm going to try them all and see which ones work best for me.

According to the guides here, you have to be in a state of "body asleep, mind awake".

Just as a note here, the term "body asleep" is *VERY* misleading.
You don't have to actually put your body to sleep.  You only need to disassociate from it.

hmmmm.......i keep falling asleep in the middle of it...had a LD but got cut off have way through and woke up....

When Astral projecting you can meet Spirit Guides or you can go to the Akachic records and see what is to unfold in this universe of ours or you can examine yourself in ways you never imagined. You can see the world in different ways and understand other points of view if your mind is open to new possibilities.   

Anything and everything is possible not only in the Astral but in the physical as well!
