Hello. I suppose when you Google keywords like "how to transfer energy" you have to take what you can get and begin a grounding in the world.
A little about me: I can control, harness, give, and take energy. I know how to feel energy in my body, I can transition it around my body, I can change the color/feel/effect of the energy, and I can spindle it into more. I have been able to pass energy to people, altering their feelings/moods/physical perspective. I have taken (stolen and borrowed) energy from people, both knowingly and unknowingly. Most people leak energy because they have no idea they have it, what to do with it, nor how to harness it. Walking through a mall or airport can be rejuvenating for me because I collect the trails of energy people leave in their wake. I have also taken from certain people specifically (never in an evil way, and I've never "drained" a person). I think the shifting of energy can be important, and powerful. I have on the very rare occasion begin a healing process by delivering energy, both to another and through myself.
I understand quite fully the concept of energy, and I can see it on people, feel it the way an empathic one might with emotions. What I am trying to learn is how to manifest the energy into something tangible. I use visualizations such as colors to help describe my energy, and with that, can manipulate it inside me. I want to learn more. I am a willing student. I am looking to learn within this forum as well as garner more resources for which to connect with people.

Welcome to the Astral Pulse.
I'll be honest, the focus of this forum is more towards teaching beginners how to project their consciousness. We do have a subforum for energy and it's manipulations, but it's not anything major.
I hope you're able to find whatever answers you're looking for here... and if you happen to decide to want to learn to do astral projection as well, then awesome!
