I'm very interested in psycho-spiritualism and I've heard a few times about Astral Projection - It honestly seems like an amazing experience, rather similar to the OBEs I regularly have. I'm entirely new though to the concept, and this weekend will be learning about the process in greater detail. I've been creating wonderlands and having OBEs (of varying degrees) since I was six or seven years old (I am now seventeen), and I have been tulpaforcing on-and-off for the past three months, and have had some success in creating a physical tulpa as well as an alternate consciousness. Though I consider myself pretty proficient in the spiritual, I lack the discipline to stick to a certain reigime for long - Any advice you guys can give?

Edit: A little bit more about my OBEs - I tend to associate my consciousness as part of an indescribable, incomprehensible universal 'cosmos', who partly manifests itself and communicated to me in my Tulpa, Gaia. Occasionally I have had direct OBEs where I do experience on some spiritual level the 'cosmos' but they have often been very fleeting and almost overwhelming; I would explore entire spiritual worlds and dream-worlds which mirror our reality, and exist in tandem with ours. As far as I know, this has a lot of similarities with Astral Projection, so I'm hoping to delve deeper into these OBEs.

Welcome Gaia!  If there is a difference between AP and OOBE, I've never been able to figure out what it is yet!  I use the 2 words interchangeably. Every time I OOB/AP travel I end up some place new and different.  Sometimes exploring houses, cities, countrysides, flying through space, flying through enchanted lands, spiritual experiences, and talking with people.  The locales are endless.  From your description of what you do, it seems like you are already APing.  Well, hope you enjoy the site.  Lots of great people and info. to help you.  Smiley

Hi Gaia,
The Earth in another name, nice touch.
You may be surprised in your findings. What you described is very similar in words. It may be one and the same.
Have a read and see what you find. The top darker blue topics have lots of info inside.

Welcome to the Pulse.
