My name is Liz and I happened upon this website while doing some research. I think it's great!
So I haven't intentionally projected in quite some time due to some traumatizing experiences with my last several attempts. If I do have an OOBE now, I tend to panic and end it immediately. I started a few years ago and it always came fairly easily. When I began attempting to project, I was fascinated by it. It was such a wonderful and liberating feeling to be free of ones physical body. Anywho, then the creepy shadow people/creatures began to terrorize me as I'd separate. The creature I'd see was a solid black ( sometimes leathery looking skin ) without any discernible facial features except for a large mouth with a crazy long tongue and scary teeth. It had really long arms with talon-like fingers. It also looked like it had blue electrical currents running through it. One time I saw it, it seemed to mock me and laughed right in my face. The last time I saw it, it was actually on top of me, panting and licking my face. Terrifying! I've asked for the assistance of my guides and they have helped me in the past, stopping me from making contact with some vampire being. What seems to happen is I'll project unintentionally and am unable to ask for assistance beforehand, so these beings will be waiting to terrorize me. I've asked for advice from a friend of mine who is way more advanced in all of this than I am and he's told me to try to overcome the fear, but honestly, that's easier said than done. He's also suggested a ritual cleansing of my home. Is there any other advice any of you can offer me? I'd really like to start meditating and projecting again. Sorry for the novel. Thanks!
