Cherrelle being my real name.
Im someone who loves dreaming, my dreams are very vivid and interesting, and are never normal (are any!) but for a long time ive wanted to explore astral projection. i only ever get to the stage where my whol body buzzes but i can never seem to get any further than that so hopefully i can find a way how here. i have had moments where ive been able to see the room around me with my eyes open, but when this happens my eyelids and eyelashes are more in focus than they are when im awake.
recently i was lying on the setee and was drifting off. i was trying to focus on staying conscious as i drifted so i could be conscious of any cool patterns i saw. i must have fallen asleep but i was always conscious... i was focusing on drawing my eyes to one point in the darkness of my eyelids, as i did this i saw an opaque plane of a dark peach colour with what seemed like water/gel droplets spinning slowly. the plane began to move away from me. at this point i think my mum stroked my head and it disrupted my concentration. so i carried on drifting. my eyes were opening and closing at this point. but once again my eyelashes were in focus so i think i was half way there to astral travel? anyway what happened next was i must have been asleep because i ended up holding up a carling beer can which had a rainbow lion on it with a rainbow ribbon above it. i was focusing my eyes on it trying to make something cool and dreamy happen. after this i did see some sweet red and green shapes moving within and out of eachother, then i saw some more patterns briefly. they faded and i must have dropped completely to sleep.
anyway thats as far as ive got with my attempts at astral travel. what id like to know is is it safe in general?
