Hello Focus, now here is a topic I know a lot about. When I first started learning to Astral Travel it was first through Dr. Steve G. Jones. I purchased his 180.00$ package Explorations + Explorations Intensive after hearing a number of his free videos, there are 27 MP3's in all, plus the entire program you give for free to a friend. His Binaural Beats in this package are excellent. His ramp up to the actual success in the Astral is second to none. He teaches you breathing, energy work, kundalini and gives credits to the pioneers of each of these processes. I didn't quite agree with use of Hypnosis, but he is a acclaimed Hypnotist so I'm sure it works for some. The quality of his Cd's is A+. I thought it was a great start for anyone new that is serious about learning how to Astral Travel. He does use the actual going out of body method though, where you physically see your body one part at a time leaving. This normally starts with the fingers, hands etc. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is seriously interested in Astral Travelling!
