Well hi! I'm not a new member, but i haven't been on for over a year! During that time my life has been a bit of a emotional rollercoaster to say the least, and i haven't achieved astral projection (mainly because i haven't tried) nor have i improved at meditation (again, i haven't tried). However, I'm wanting to get back into it. I still have the belief that astral projection can allow you to connect with the part of your mind that controls your habits, and allow yourself to change the habits that hold you back so that you can grow. Whether that is true or not remains to be seen. Defiantly will be interesting to find out. Also, how are you guys? I've been browsing the forum quickly, and i remember a few people. Anyone here remember me?

I joined this forum a few months ago ,  mainly after Steve Pavlina closed his forum http://www.stevepavlina.com/forums/   I have not been able to have a conscious a.p. either , after around 20-25 years of trying .  After reading R.Monroe , W. Buhlman , some Llewin , books and some others . desert rat

It's good to hear from you. It's too bad about the astralviewers site. Gone for good I guess. I miss contact with some of the members there, like Bedeekin, CaitHT, SSergiu and others.
Anyways let's hope that you stay here awhile.
