Hello!

I came here to learn. I was plagued with what I thought to be night terrors and sleep paralysis since I was a child. I got so tired of it that I did some research to find out that wasn't what was happening at all. I had been unknowingly projecting, or at least attempting to. I come in hopes to learn from you all so that I can gain control over this.
