Hello everyone. I am new here and i hope i get the chance to learn new things. I am interested in finding a way to observe physical phenomena through Astral traveling, so first of all i would like to find out whether or not there is any truth to the phenomenon, and if i can prove it to myself, make it a means to observe things from a more informed perspective than my human awareness allows me to. I hope to be able to combine practical AP application with my studies in Physics in the upcoming year. My goal is Knowledge. Glad to be here

I don't know just yet. I am really interested in astrophysics but I will have to decide that when i step on university soil. For the moment I am waiting confirmation.

If all goes well i will begin this September. In my studying period i will be looking forward to succeeding in realizing an Astral Projection and hopefully use it as a tool to further my understanding.

I just hope the experience lives up to people's descriptions and validations.

I hadn't been online for a few days now. Thank you all for the warm welcome. I have to say, i have participated in other fora before but this one feels quite warm to be here. I think it must be the spirit of great teachers like Mr Monroe and Frank that is reflected upon everyone here and that is why it feels warm to me.

@Vitruvian I will have to look into it but i am afraid i am more interested in pursuing Phasing or Astral Projection as far as immediate plans are concerned. Although i hope the test is accurate because i am going to try

@Everybody I am really looking forward to having a few experiences before i actively start writing here. I have downloaded The Seven Waves of Hemi Sync and are using them every night(1 session per night) so that'll take me about.. 42 nights to complete, by which i hope to have some results. I am always reading the forum though and happen to find it very very interesting as far as experiences are concerned.

'They' say that it can be difficult to study physical world phenomena from the "astral" or "etheric" planes.  Sometimes things aren't quite the same.  Nevertheless, I share your passion.  While I chose to major in psychology, I've always been a huge fan of anstronomy, astrophysics and my favorite cosmology.  When I was young I wanted to be Carl Sagan when I grew up.  That was one of the reasons I wanted to AP.  Contact (book) inspired me to find a way to travel to other worlds to see who I'd meet.

Oh i understand how you feel. Contact(The Film) has been one of my favourite movies and it has always inspired me. Yes it would be fun to explore for extraterrestrial life but i was hoping more on getting insights that might further my understanding of the fundamental intricate workings of the cosmos. Up to date i have not had any experiences out of the body so i wouldn't know for myself how subjective/objective things might be. I respect the experience of people who have done this before me but i understand there is a process that if done properly can guarantee a good percent of objectivity in an experience.

This is the goal i am setting as the beginning. Who knows now, maybe once i've stepped over the threshold i might start thinking differently. It will all depend on the kind of experiences i get. It's just that i am thinking. If we have such a powerful tool like phasing then why haven't we solved matters like how the world works? Matters like developing a way to utilize free energy for our needs instead of oil. I understand that in the world of Physics exists a fundamental problem, that being that we have no way to intrinsically step further into the problems we face beyond the theories. What if Astral Projection is the answer to this problem?

Now i know those are quite earthly concerns but still that resonates weird to me. If these kind of experiences are true then we should be able to distill pure knowledge out of it and help the world, and since there are not many scientists who are up for the task, i thought i might give it a go at both, setting it as a goal now that i am neither a Scientist nor an Astral Projector.

I will strive to become both. Then hopefully i will be able to distinguish what is true and what is not.
