Hi,

I was always interested in electronics, computers and human flight. Spirituality becomes a interesting field only last few years.
Last spring I have watched something regarding astral projections on TV, and after 1 month of attempts I have done it for the first time.
It was a dream that become a lucid, after that I was able to crawl out of bed and watch my astral body. It was transparent and fluid and taller than my normal body.After a few seconds I was paralyzed in bed.

Since then I have did it a 5-6 times. One time I have seen a Shadow person, but a main goal was a card test. I have placed card deck on wardrobe, and I did projection and tried to read what card was on top of deck. It took 2 attempts to see clearly (card was flickering ) , but results were positive.
I have proved to myself that this experiences are real.
For past 12 months I have been meditating for 20 minutes every day. I didn't have any visions, but I can hear a sound/tone if I want to.
I wonder what is that tone ?

Meditation made me better person than I have been before. But there is still much to improve.
Anyway, I wanted to return to astral projections and explorations, but odd think happened few nights ago.
In a dream I have realised it is a dream, and I woke up, but remained still. I was felling vibrations and I was ready to exit. Then I have heared footsteps, something was walking towards me and it touched me on my foot. I have tried to wake up but I was paralyzed, I have tried to yell "Who is it?", for what it seamed 10 seconds. After I woke, I was alone. Who is stopping me from projecting and why ?

Also, some christians (that I have been talking to), are thinking that what I have been doing is not "from God", and that I should stop.

I am interested in hearing/reading your thoughts.

yes, welcome, welcome to the pulse... all well and good but I find that to be a vague, short response that doesnt acknowledge your experience which you are trying to share here! To me, the whole point of putting youself out there is the hope that like minded souls will reflect back to you, creating a loop of learning. I like to read peoples experiences and I get excited when I read something strangely familiar... like Your experience with the being touching your toe.. my cousin had that same experience, she was paralyzed in bed, the "being" touched her toe and she passed out of fear. She and I both had a number of weird experiences living out in our Grandparents cabins out in remote"49ers" gold country, Northern California, very haunted country from the fighting of goldminers and Native Miwuks. Even my grandfather said the bigger cabin had a "nice" ghost of a 49er miner in it named charley who would turn on my Grandmas music boxes. But, I digress. My cousin was only 12 when this happened, we knew nothing of astral stuff. Maybe charley was keeping her from astral traveling in that haunted atmosphere? Sometimes we assume negative things first, but maybe you have a astral "babysitter" keeping tabs on ya? Well, I say congrats to your meditation, keep on it and be proud of youself. When pondering things, let your imagination look at it form all points of view, not assuming, not judging, thats how I have found interesting ways to unravel mysteries....

Oh and Your christian friends do not have the education or predisposition to understand what you are doing. I think of my christian family and friends to be like kids who cant understand grown up things and get confused and frustrated when they try to. You cant force them to understand, just gently and lovingly change the subject to things they do think they understand. I have found christians have a lot of fear, fear of sin, fear of devils, of their own creator?! but they still are reaching for that spiritual mystery, so they say, but only down their narrow path with their narrow minded fearful belief system. Im not trashing Jesus, who was a loving being, but his "followers" I have known some to be racist, hateful hypocrites who I think Jesus would be ashamed of for some things they say, like "god hates fags" I mean these people think Jesus would be cool with that? My intention was to make short introduction, and to ask some questions. If you wish I will write more detailed report about my some expiriences in this post. Anyway meditation and projections are atracting my attention, and I have a feeling that this is good/benefitial for my spriritual growth, so I am just going to keep exploring.

My christian friends are good and loving persons, who are open for diferent miracles. But this persons also have heared of cases where someone becomes possesed and they are concered for my safety.

And now more detailed report on expiriences.
First 3 expririences was when I was a teenager.  They were not unintentional.
1) One was wake up from dream, falling on bed and long paralisis. This was very scary.
2) Before waking up I have seen an being that looked like angel floating infront of my window. I have asked him, "can you learn me how to fly" and angel morphed into a bird and flew away.
3) Before waking up I have seen a point of light over my head while I was in bed. It flew above my head, and I have opened my phisical eyes.

And I will talk more about my first intentional exit.
I was dreaming, and in my dream I was talking to my wife how she didn't lock a door of house, and under a door it was possible to see black shoes and person in black suit. Then I have realised that this is a dream. I dont know why but I have started to spin clockwise (similar as in 5 tibetan rites), and I found myself on my bed lying. I have crawled into a flor and walked to the door. Here I have started looing at my body. Body was looking similar to this picture

but I didn't see chakras, color was wellow/gold with red vessels. I was taller and I had more muscles than in reality. This body was in neon shining colors, and it was fluid. Ater that a thought "did I die" crossed my mind. I have become a point of light and returned in my phisical head, where paralisis began. When I woke up I was on my right side and it was wierd beacuse after a dream before exit technique I was on my left side, and with head hanging outside of bed. I was excited and I couldn't sleep any more that night.

Congratulations on your success with the card test.

Dont worry about your foot being touched. It might have been your higher self stopping you from projecting. There might have been a good reason not to project that time that only your higher self was aware of.

My higher self took me out of a projection once when I was getting out of control. It did it by tickling my ass in the physical

yes....forgive my rambling, I blab a lot and I am blatantly open. I must remind myself to be humble and respect all beliefs. Ive been away for awhile and I checked back on this post and re-read what I wrote and I feel pretty, hmmmmm sheepish. Anyhow, I have had a scary sleep paralysis when I was a kid, its nothing to make fun of. But, I let that scary experience clam me up from exploring further, I shouldnt have let it. I had lots of silly fears then though, so it was for the best for me to grow older and wiser. ( still learning though, obviously) But reading lots of taoist philosophy and other things made me let go of fear. I even dreamed that I was going to die, falling off a cliff in the darkness. I fell for a long time thinkin this is it! Im dying! well, I had a good life..but I "fell" back into my body. my heart was goin fast! but, it was good for me.
