It's great that you conducted the card experiment with positive results. That usually has about a 70% accuracy rate.
With regards to the physical paralysis, that is the natural state for the physical body during dream, lucid dream and astral travel states alike. It is nothing to fear, however if you want to break out of it, simply move your big toes, concentrate on the air passing into your nose, or roll your eyes up into your head with some force. All three of these actions will pull the physical body into moving states again.
As far as the shadow touching you, remember to take all actions here and in other vibratory frequencies from your heart space. Embrace unconditional love and cast a pure energy around you. Remember that you are manifesting a large part of your out of body experience as you are here in the third dimension.
