hi everyone
i hope this is where i will finally learn how to successfully astral travel
a little background info on me, Ive been trying on and off to astral travel / project for nearly 3 years, in total Ive spent about 5 months time trying to project while the other time has been spent researching and reading new ways and steps to successfully astral travel. a few of the ways i have tried are, the mind awake body asleep, where i read i should focus on my breathing until my body feels heavy and then i would leave my body and during my attempts all that happened was i felt a strong tingling/ shaking sensation throughout my body but the sensation woke my up and i haven't been able to reach that state since. also i have tried using affirmations to plant the desire to astral project in my sub cosious but again to no avail and most recently and currently i have been experimenting with using crystals to aid my attempts. and unfortunately so far i am not having any success with that either.
from the articles and books i have read i have a good understanding of how it should work and what can happen and what cannot but i seem to be going wrong somewhere :/
my reason for wanting to project is mainly a form of curiosity and a desire to know there is more to life and this world than meets the eye, but as many other people out there i find it difficult to completely belive it at face value, until i have experienced it myself i am reluctant to fully have faith in it. i have had many unusual experiences in life and from some of the things i have read about astral projection i think quite a few of these occurrences may be down to astral projection and that is another driving reason for my interest in astral projection.
well that's about all i can think of for introducing myself at the moment
