Just thought I would post about myself before I get stuck right in to the forum
I'm Justin or Gnome (my alias) as others call me as I produce a DJ Dubstep (dance music). I'm 21 years of age and generally don't see myself as very spiritual more logical but maybe that's why I have been experiencing some strange things of recent. Maybe I'm very spiritual and have just been ignoring it, I'm not sure. First of all sorry for any bad grammar I use. I'm a little retarded when it comes to stuff like that. Here goes my rant
My dad is very spiritual, not so much now as he is 60 years of age but he used to be into some sort of spiritualist program sort of like meditation school. Still to this day I don't know much about it as he was took an oath not to share techniques etc with his master/guru or whatever he would have been classed as. He told me a little about Astral Projection but not much at all just that he used to do it then 1 day looked behind a picture in his old flat and behind it was the words, 'Do not do this'.
I use to smoke weed/pot around 1 year and a half ago but had to quit because it started causing panic attacks, anxiety etc I didn't quit by choice my body sort of rejected it after 4 years of smoking it happily. Ever since, I have found it hard to get to sleep and usually have weird dreams (NOT OBE or AP). Just strange dreams. I spend all my sleep time in REM (dreaming) and feel like I haven't properly slept since my days of smoking weed.
Now because this was annoying me I started researching into it leading me in many strange places but it was not till I first had a real OBE that i started finding out about astral projection. So far I have had sleep paralysis, OBE where I am just remote viewing in my bedroom outside my body of course and some strange experience where Ive gone through a black portal type thing with stars everywhere with streams of purple gloopy/liquid looking stuff my hands are in the superman position like I'm flying. I can see my hands but there melting sort of. I also feel like I'm traveling really fast and my whole body is vibrating like when You disconnect from your physical whilst going through OBE. I will elaborate on this in a different section. I know its not dreaming because I know dreaming well. I can tell the differences. I am relatively new to all this and haven't tried to learn Astral Projection, I don't meditate I just sort of Just Astral rape myself every-night somehow lol.
I look forward to meeting members, hearing others experiences and learning to either embrace this Astral Projection or stop it either way I'm not bothered as long as I am actually in control of whats happening to me. Thanks for reading
