I'm Summerlander and I'm a mod from Astral Viewers. I'm liking what I'm seeing here. By the way, I've been projecting since 98 using a 'Monroesque' technique and I can tell that your Kepple was on the right track. I am glad Xanth has preserved his work and continues to help many people here and on Viewers. Nice to meet u all!

Hallo Summerlander I wish to extend a personal welcome to you. I think you will find this website similar to astralviewers in many ways (perhaps there is a bit more emphasis on phasing here). Phasing is in fact becoming very popular. We tend to mainly spread the Monroe method there with an emphasis on a pre-nap or sleep as a means to prime the physical body. We also have a terminology where...
1st phase OOBEs = Here-now physical reality projections or Locale I. Remote viewing is a milder form or a diminished focus of this. Autoscopy is accurate. RTZ OOBEs by Robert Bruce (belief-centric name: ethereal/etheric projection).
and
2nd phase OOBEs = Metaphysical realm projections which dreams (lucid/non-lucid) are also a part of but of diminished focus compared to a full meta-projection. This is Locale II (belief-centric name: astral projection).
Apart from this we include other abbreviations for certain terms. Example: DSSP = Deep State Sleep Paralysis. How about you guys? Do you have a terminology here or do you adhere mainly to the simplified Focus Model of Consciousness and Wider Reality views of Frank Kepple?

I mostly stick with Robert Monroe's and Frank's separate Focus Models.
I use them because I like how they can tell me just how far along the consciousness continuum that I am and how much progress I've actually made.
They give me a ruler (a very subjective ruler) to use to measure my progress.
