Hello   I think I have been in this forum before but only joined recently..

I have always been interested in lucid dreaming but always had trouble for some reason.

Then same time now but last year, I got interested in meditation to help me with insomnia and.. next thing I know, every time I go to bed something strange would happen. Just few seconds after closing my eyes, I'd be in my bed and it would start shaking and there would also be a gust of wind  (tornado-like). I also sometimes knew what would happen ahead of time and then one day I blacked out during meditation and found myself above the planet and started wandering around... That made me start reading about OBEs.

There was a long period after of almost nothing. No strange experiences. Then now it's starting to happen again. I am curious where this will take me.. Nice meeting you all

Welcome tweed! It's cool to hear your interest in OBE, and I hope it leads you far.

I've experience those energy sensations as well. The funny thing is I sleep on a loft, so when those 'winds' would get blowing the loft would actually shake.

I've also experienced two spheres circumnavigating my spinal column (externally). I've experienced the electricity and buzz in my head. The crazy thing about the electricity is it spasms through specific channels underneath my skin. Have you had these sensation before?

Same with my bed 

I've experienced electricity when meditating with audio from Immrama Institute. I sometimes feel it run down my thumb. I've also felt fine horizontal lines of electricity running down my back. In this case I think it's just the body shutting down because prior to it happening, I would get a similar feeling of waves down my back but instead of electricity they are cold 'shivers'.

Sometimes if I fall asleep while meditating, I will wake up to find my whole body is buzzing. It's not enough to let me leave my body but I think all of these experiences might be a sign it's possible to do it soon, that all that's needed is to go deeper.
