Lucid dreams can be fantastic experiences. Currently I am focusing on transitioning (or converting) lucid dreams into OBEs and APs. So far I have had some successes and believe that this method should be the easiest and most effective way to induce OBEs.
btw it is possible to get your own online dream journal here in the "Welcome to Dreaming" Forum.

 Welcome to the Pulse Merkaba1111. I myself travel by Phasing but many others here do their traveling from Lucid Dreams. You will find information on both techniques and many more here on this site.
