My First Attempt

Hi,
        I have just read a couple of books on Astral travel(Astral travel for beginners{Richard Webster} & Astral Travel(G&Y Frost}). I had rested during the day and had not over eaten. At first i fell asleep then remembered to make a double of myself and leave my body. At this stage i felt someone grab me and shake me and throw me away and i was back inside myself...... Ok first attempt, i had  another nap, remembered i wanted to astral travel and had another go... Same thing happened..... after being thrown around the second time i decided i had best leave it alone for tonight and i will try again tonight, but any advice will be appreciated.

Oh I live in North Queensland, if anyone else is up this way.

If this is your first attempts at astral projection and OBE then I must advise patience. Yes, yes, it is easy to council patience and much harder to remain patient, especially if repeated attempts over several weeks are unsuccessful.
However, many people do not go out of body until After several weeks or months of repeated tries. So remaining persistant and upbeat is VERY important.

Yes it was my first two attempts at astral travelling. I was more concerned about the feeling of someone violently shaking me around. I will give it a go next time i have a day off.
