New here got out 3 months ago.

Hi I just learned about AP yesterday. I thought that when I did it 3 months ago I died or something for a couple of mins. So my first and only experienced happen while i was sleeping. I know i got out of my body and stood there and looked at my self. I felt complete no worries, the best feeling in the world oh and i was like 3 feet from the floor. So i move around the house just checking all was in order. While I was in a different room I always new my body was there like if I was feeling my heart. So i went back to the room saw my self and my wife in bed stand there wondering if I should get inside my body and i did it. I sat in my bed try again and nothing.

I found out about AP talking to my coworker about dreams and weird things that happened to me so as soon as i told him that he said i had a gift that it was called astral projection. So i google it and found this forums. I want to do it again and get out of the house or something it felt like a drug. I apologize if i don't make much sense english is not my native language.

EDIT: Now im reading and I see that SP has something to do with ap too. I have had tons of SP i thought they were nightmares.
