Hello hello there! Seventy7 here, you can call me Seven, 7, 77, Sev, Sevs... Anything related to my name.
I have been practicing the art of Astral Projection ever since I was 15, I am 19 now.
I have used many techniques and there are many that really work, including one that I made on my own! Since Astral Projection is something that can be achieved by "customizing" or "personalizing" how you achieve it, I don't think it's a matter of HOW you reach your goal, just a matter of how ambitious you are to achieve  it.

I have been very spiritually aware ever since I could remember. I have also experienced many ESP phenomena, the most explicit time in my life that I can remember was when I was 8 years old. I have lost touch to most of whatever ESP I had, since I never understood it, nor knew what it was called. I'm trying to harness it again.

Um... My favorite color's blue, my favorite animal's the wolf (anything canid, really), I'm going to college to get a degree in criminal justice, I'm an on again off again pagan (But I am ACTIVELY practicing it now with my lover who I firmly believe is my soul mate), and I am Taurus sun, Leo moon, Libra mars.

I totally agree. The 'art' of OBE/AP is mostly whatever works best for you as an individual. I look forward to reading your post in these forums.

I'm new here too. That's right. So many ways of projecting. I want to come up out
the Atlantic ocean in a top secret amphibian vehicle lucid dream and fly above the
clouds where it turns into astral projection.  grin
