Hello everyone. I've just started to scratch the surface OBE. I've done some meditation, listened to music, deep breathing, project my mind, etc. A week ago I had an experience in which while listening to music and projecting my mind I began to tingle or vibrate in a way I had never felt before. What the heck was that?

Hi there! You can read up on vibrations in this forum, but they are generally thought to be a prerequisite to having an OBE.

welcome! its cool cause im new to this too actually and last night, through music & meditation, i was able to achieve the vibrations you felt. ive obe'd from waking up and felt the vibrations but this is the first time ive achieved them consciously as well. usually my vision begins to turn to a bright white light and people have said that it's what my minds eye sees. did you experience anything with your vision?
