Hello,
My name is BoB and i just joined the website today. I honestly want to learn how to astral project in a spiritually safe manner. One of my concerns tho is if i leave my body, what prevents another being in the dimensions from entering my body against my will?

Greetings bob my name is Wandy but you can call me Asterisk. To answer your question Ive read that there is a special energy that protects you when leave your body. But Im 100% sure on this since I haven't AP'ed yet.  |

I just had a semi-AP last night. Its wierd because you think that your kinda dreaming when it happenes because of the deep state of mind you have to be in to project. But at first you feel a intense throbing sensation all over your body, kinda like a pulse, and it speeds up faster and faster until it grows into a full body vibration and then it becomes easy to let go and leave your body. Of course practice makes it more controlable and easier to project at will.

The easiest way to trigger one is to just have it on your mind and over the next couple of days you will probably awaken to feel a really intense pulse in your body. It may feel slightly uncomfortable at first but just relax and feel the energy.

Hi beyobizzle. Do not worry, when you leave your body it's not your entire soul that leaves, it's your conscious awareness. You still occupy your body, it is never left 'empty'. This is verified by projectors that do it for a long time and begin to experience bilocation, something that takes a while for the brain to 'accept', but that happens every time. (Multilocation should be more correct, but since we don't know the exact nature of the phenomenon it's best to leave it that way). So do not fear, your body is still part of you when you leave. |

Do you have any methods or ways to practice or develop the ability to project? I have experienced it a lot in the past but i have never projected in a controlled manner, im always completely out of control. Also another question, are you aware of the vibrational frequencies that "they" emit into the atmosphere to disturb the natural ability to be in tune with the cosmos and the earth?

There are lots of techniques in the Permanent Astral Topics section, under ' Techniques Central'. You may find something that fits your style.
