So i wanted to ask something.. is there any risk with practising Astral projection? like.. spirits.. following you around or something?
that scares the hell out of mee!! o.o

So when you go out of your body... how does everything looks like?, and, amm how do the spirits look like? o:

What you see around you is coloured by your perception of what reality should be.
And since us humans really only have life on Earth as our only perception of what reality SHOULD be, that is how our reality in the Non-Physical generally is.

Spirits look, for the most part, exactly like you and me.

physically there is no harm.

i imagine that if one were spontaneously projected, and depending on what they see, they could potentially have a nervous breakdown of sorts.  like if a very devout christian were thrown out of the body and witnessed what they believed to be hell (like Dante maybe), it could be a traumatic enough experience to break their psyche.  but i don't think that's very probably, just possible.

ohh i see.. mm okay.. so where can i start gathering information about how to start and what to do and not to do if i go Out of body?

First, you'll want to join a forum I know about... called the Astral Pulse... oh, wait...

Next, just read... soak up all you can, especially if you're anything like me.
I read all I could on the subject, and then some.

Then, when you do find yourself "oot and aboot"... just trial and error really.

That's my advice.

Okay, amm so spirits, you say they look like you and me, so, then never look like, creppy or something?  like i dont know.. ugly ghosts that will make me tinkle my astral self? xD and do they look like.. "transparentish".. or they look solid?

Well yeah, you COULD come across spirits who don't know they're dead... who have died in a rather "horrific" way, and they don't realize that they can shed that realization from themselves.

But they're still JUST people.  People like you and me.
The only difference is that some of them might not have physical bodies to return to.

So lately i've been like.. i dont know scared of darkness in my house.. and i kinda feel like i am being watched..
is there any chance that when i go out of body.. ill see a spirit right away? and is there any chance that the spirit is evil? O:
