There's a chance but dont assume anything is evil. Project out of your body with 0 expectations and then work with what you get. And welcome to pulse!!

So lately i've been like.. i dont know scared of darkness in my house.. and i kinda feel like i am being watched.. is there any chance that when i go out of body.. ill see a spirit right away? and is there any chance that the spirit is evil? O: I won't say "no"... but I will say that I highly doubt you will. In any case... I fully believe that concepts such as "good" and "evil" are solely human concepts, they do not exist outside of human consciousness. Any time that someone says that they encountered something "evil" or "good" while projecting, they are applying their own concepts and ideas upon something that can not be categorized as such.

So, dreaming and astral traveling take place in the same plane and just the % of consciousness is different? and so the first's times i go out of body, it will be just in my personal space before i can go to the place where all the astral spirits are?,

So, dreaming and astral traveling take place in the same plane and just the % of consciousness is different? The way I see it, yes. and so the first's times i go out of body, it will be just in my personal space before i can go to the place where all the astral spirits are?, The "personal space" I call Focus 2 oC. The place where all the "astral spirits" are, I call Focus 3 oC. There's no hard and fast rule of where you'll end up... however, *generally*, if you're doing Mental Rundowns, you'll end up in the rundown of your creation... this being Focus 2 oC. The trick to accessing Focus 3 oC is to keep your thoughts and emotions under control so you stop fueling the environment around you... then allowing it to fade away to see the collective consciousness areas.

Thanks for the info, so is there a software similar to the brainwave gen, that has similar presets? because when i try to install the brainwave, it says "please wait while the setup is initializing" and it gets stuck there.. nothing happens.. i thought well.. maybe its some heavy data...so i left it.."initializing" the whole night, and nothing happened...
So any other software you recommend?

The software is fine... it's your computer, then, that has the issue. If you're using Vista or Windows 7, right click the installation file and select "Run as Administrator".

SBaGen is pretty good if you don't mind making and editing the files by hand. http://uazu.net/sbagen/

( haha.. sounds like.. soul society from bleach ) so how is the appearance of the astral.. i mean.. in the "focus oC 3" i can visit the physical cities, and i can visit the spirit cities too? if so.. how is that? are spirit towns floating in the air or something? xD brainwave problem solved.!

Someone else asked this very questions just the other day. I'm just gonna quote my response to that one here. There *are* entire communities out there, HOWEVER, we only see them in the manner we see them because that is how we EXPECT to see them.
Remember, everything you experience is in direct relation to your beliefs and expectations. We don't KNOW of a society outside of our own, so that is reflected in our astral travels.
Does that make sense?
