Third Eye Opening

Hello Friends,
I am new to this forum.....I have a question.
Has anyone in this forum tried third eye meditation with any success?
And has anyone gone through Theodore von Kiedrowski's book
How To Open Your Third Eye and is it a book worth buying?
I will much appreciate your feedback as I have been trying a lot to open my third eye.
So far no success.

I'd recommend purchasing a book on "Chakras".

By attempting to "Open" or "Activate" certain "Chakras" before the others are balanced,
There could be dangerous or harmful consequences.

(Third Eye is the 6th Chakra)

Ohh sure.But I have been doing chakra exercises as Robert Bruce has described for quite sometimes.

you really need to be careful that your body is ready for the third eye chakra activation because I had once had this happen to me on accident and it was a horrible pulse that was going on in one spot alone. luckily I knew someone who worked in energy as a profession to help me....somehow(I really dont know what he did but whatever it was it worked and made the pain go away). so just be careful to make sure you know what you are going into before you do it.
